1. Target Customers: We are envisioning business owners who are facing the following concerns: "The business environment surrounding our company is changing dramatically. I want to reform our existing business. I want to leverage the strengths of our existing business to develop new ventures." "I would like support for the entire process from formulating business strategies to commercialization." 2. Service Content: Focusing on collaborative work through visits once or twice a month or online meetings using Microsoft Teams, we will provide diagnosis of the current business model, creation of a vision and action plan for business model reform, and advice and guidance on the execution of the action plan. 3. Duration: Minimum of 12 months 4. Fee: Subscription model at 300,000 yen per month

1. Target Customers: We are envisioning business owners who are facing the following concerns: "In such a rapidly changing business environment, in order to survive, we must create an attractive workplace where employees truly feel a sense of purpose. What kind of organizational culture should we develop?" "I want to create an organizational culture where talent can work vibrantly, but I'm not sure how to proceed. I would like consistent support for a process of organizational culture reform that matches the current situation of our company." 2. Service Content: We will conduct awareness surveys and diagnostics regarding the workplace environment, plan and manage employee training necessary for organizational culture reform, and provide advice and guidance on the transformation process. 3. Duration: Minimum of 6 months 4. Fees: Subscription model at 300,000 yen per month. However, if the number of interviewees for the employee awareness survey regarding the workplace environment exceeds 30, we kindly ask for an additional fee of 10,000 yen for each additional person.
